Available now is our most comprehensive brochure to date , with over 6000 lines in total, Sourced mostly from small individual producers throughout Britain and abroad to give you the opportunity to utilise some more unusual products at prices to suit any menu.

Every week we come across new products, new ingredients and new ideas for you to use in your menus - this site is just a snapshot of what we have available now - if the product you require is not listed is doesn't mean we cannot source it, don't be afraid to ask!
